Admission Notice
The admission in Entry level Classes (below six years of age) for the session 2022-23 are open. Interested candidates may fill an online application form only from 01.12.2022 To 23.12.2022 at school website www.shantiidealconventpublicschool.com
All the admissions will be made as per the directives issued by Directorate of Education, Delhi.

Admission Guidelines
- The registration process is open for admission in class Nursery /KG/Ist ONLY for the session 2023-24.
- For Admission in Nursery : The candidate must be above 03 years and less than 04 years as on 31st March 2023.
For Admission in KG : The candidate must be less than 05 years as on 31st March 2023.
For Admission in Class-I : The candidate must be less than 06 years as on 31st March 2023. - The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY.
- Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
- Registration form is available at school reception also.
- Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.
- E-mail address and contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.
- Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use.
- Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents)
- Please keep passport size photo of the child and DOB certificate of candidate ready to upload while filling the form. The size of the photograph may not be more than 100KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only. Please ensure that the face of the candidate is clear in the photograph uploaded.
- Self Attested copy of Date of Birth proof of the candidate to be attached online while registering. Size may not exceed 500 KB.The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.
- Special attention must be paid to entering correctly the name and Date of Birth of the child and particulars of Parents / Guardian. Subsequent changes in the Name of Child / Parents and DOB of child will not be permitted.
- Self Attested copy of latest fee receipt of session 2022-23 issued in name of the sibling (Sibling case only), Proof of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (If applicable), Marksheet of Class X/XII of either parent (in case of Alumni only) will be required at the time admission.
- New Admission are subject to vacancies. No correspondence will be entertained as regard to Admission.
- The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.
Documents Required At The Time Of Registration
- Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
- Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-
- Voter I – Card of the Parents ( Mother and Father ).
- Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
- Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents (Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)
- Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt).
- Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).
- Attested Photocopy of Marksheet of Class X/XII in case of Alumni (wherever applicable).
Documents required at the time of Admission (2023-24)
- Photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of child.
- Residence proof.
- 8 ( eight ) coloured passport size photograph of child with name mentioned on it.
- 1 (one ) passport size photograph of Father and Mother.
- 1 (one) post card size combined photo of Father , Mother and child in centre.
- Copy of Aadhaar card / UID of Father , Mother and child.
- Copy of Voter I card of Father , Mother and child.
- Medical fitness of child .
- Eye test report of child.
- Dental hygiene report of child.
- Blood group report of child.
- Photocopy of SC / ST / OBC certificate ( wherever applicable )
