The word Support is synonymous to the help extended to a person or organisation without which one may at times face crisis and Shanti Ideal’s support staff is no exception to it. If our school has been able to function seamlessly without any disruption, the support staff has a great hand in it.

We at Shanti Ideal treasure our support staff just like the faculty and students and feel indebted to their selfless service towards our organisation. Because they have always had our back, so we also believe in supporting them in the best possible way. Of course, salary is for their service, but few things and bonds are beyond and can’t be covered in the petty name of salary.

That is why we stand behind them and always have their back. So in order to extend our gratitude to their services, we felicitate them on prestigious events such as Foundation Day and Labour Day which helps us instil in them the confidence of being a part of ‘Shanti Ideal Parivar’. Recognizing their importance to our organization gives us immense joy and getting recognized gives them the same.
